Review:
First off, I am not the biggest fan of horror related TV shows or movies. I just find them boring most of the time and the story being either pointless or really annoying. This show was not an exception.
The show came to me when I wanted to explore how Hindi Netflix series could be and really surprised me when it felt like I saw a 2 hour movie in 3 episodes (which actually added up to 2 hours of watch time in all). From the directing to the story to the portrayal, the endings were quite abrupt and it felt as though a failed horror movie had been cut into 3 pieces and made into 3 episodes.
The first episode showed us a terribly portrayed scene in which members of some government organization came and found Ali Saeed and captured. I get what they were trying to show but they really failed at putting it through. Moving on, the episode did get better with the story and acting and did give me chills in a few parts. The second half of the first episode was the only reason I decided to continue with the show.
The second and third episodes were okay. The show did not hold back in killing people and definitely displayed some gory scenes as well (which, by the way, I’m totally fine with, I like some blood in my shows). But, the show began going back to its’ conventional Indian ways of portraying horror movies with excessive jump scares, poor acting, and the feeling of unrealism. Yes, it is a horror movie, it can not be realistic at all. But there were some scenes where I was wondering how could the show be SO fake. You have to see it to understand what I’m saying.
In the end, the story did take a HUGE plot twist with a lot of confusion every where. Still, the story did leave some nice suspense for another season although I am not so keen to see more. Not a recommended watch unless you like basic Indian horror movies. Overall below average.
Rating:
I would give this show 2.5/5 stars.
Shame it wasn’t that good. I’m always on the lookout for something fun and horror related to watch but this one doesn’t seem like it would be worth the time. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Ya it’s a really mainstream horror show with minimal episodes. You could watch it but it’s honestly a waste of time.
