Narcos: Mexico: TV Show: “The perfect balance of a show.”

Hey guys, how’s it going? Rahul here coming in with a brand new blog. Hope everyone has had an amazing week. So, let’s begin.

Story:

The story of drug lord Felix Gallardo and his rise to fame. He has to battle it out against colleagues and DEA to help become the number one drug dealer in the world.

Review:

I started this show on accident in search to re watch the original Narcos and let me say, I was not disappointed.

The show had the perfect balance between action and drama. At the same time, the show did not deviate away from the main plot of the story i.e. the drug dealing itself.

The story begins with Felix before he became big and his struggles to get to the top. This is where the story went right. When a show like this provides enough context of what happened before during and after then it makes the show a whole lot better and just more relatable to a real life story.

The acting and realism, like the original Narcos, was just fantastic. It is so awesome to watch how acting has developed and how it enhances the whole feeling of American television.

The show further gives us an account of Felix’s rise to fame the most important factor in this case is that the show was not rushed at all and they were able to display everything in a very sequenced manner which made the show organized and gave more in-depth detail of the entire story.

There was no excessive drama at all in this show. All the drama was to the point and was quite realistic as well for both Felix and Kiki in that situation. There wasn’t excessive gore either even though there were plenty of chances for there to be. And the nudity wasn’t as much as Narcos making the show better for viewing.

I will definitely say that this show was much more interesting to me than the original Narcos and it is a must watch. I am really excited to see what the next season brings to us. Overall very good.

Rating:

I would give this show 4/5 stars.
