Hunter x Hunter (Ep. 51-75): Anime: “Quickly climbing to the top of my anime list.”

Hey guys, how’s it going? Rahul here coming in with a brand new blog. I hope everyone has had a great week. So, let’s begin.

Story:

In these episodes we have 2 arcs i.e. the Phantom Troupe arc and the Greed Island arc.

In the first arc, there is a huge auction underway and the Phantom Troupe are out to steal every item going up for auction while Kurapika is out to stop them.

In the second arc, Gon is out to find his dad who left behind hints to tell Gon where he is. So, Gon and Killua enter Greed Island in search for Gon’s father and learn a lot along the way about Nen as well.

Review:

Starting off, I just want to say that this anime is mind blowing. Every moment of this anime has me smiling and every episode leaves enough suspense to make me want to watch more.

In the first arc we get to see Kurapika go up against his life long enemies, the Phantom Troupe and this was a magnificent show of action. We learn about his secret powers and this builds up a lot of anticipation. It actually exceeds my expectations when I saw Kurapika using his power.

We also get to see Gon and Killua go up against the Phantom Troupe which makes it all the more exciting because of how enjoyable their characters are. I love the character development with everyone because you feel very attached to everyone.

The Greed Island arc is where it really cuts the cake. The arc displays some of the best action scenes along with ample time taken to show individual training and time devoted to showing the game being played as well. I really love it when anime takes its’ own time to thoroughly explain something and Hunter x Hunter as a whole does that perfectly well and makes it super exciting.

I must really give it to the anime creators for making scenes like the giht against Razor and the Bomber which make the anime so entertaining and fun. This anime is a definite must a watch and I can’t wait to be even more blown away. Overall amazing.

Rating:

I would give this anime 4.5/5 stars.
